Golf Days
We are fortunate to have had the support of golf fanatics who have arranged golf days on our behalf. With tea and bacon butties to start, “nearest to the pin” and “longest drive” competitions through the game and a slap-up meal in the evening, they are hugely popular events and a great way of boosting fundraising. London 10K
If running is your thing or you are looking for some fitness motivation then don your trainers and join our team on this iconic route around London’s landmarks.
Children's Swimathon
This is a fantastic, fun-filled event that we now organise ourselves, but we used to take part in one organised by our friends at Purley Rotary. Suitable for all types of swimmers, from the ages of 4-16 (parents can get in the pool to help younger swimmers) & arm bands can be worn. We aim to complete as many laps as possible over the course of an hour with children swimming in groups over a period of 3-4 hours in total. Every year we get more & more swimmer, so please get in touch if you would like to join us.
Pier to Pier
Fancy a challenge? Then why not take the plunge and join us in our annual Pier to Pier swim; a gruelling 0.8 mile open water swim between the piers in Brighton. Good fun and always ends with a hot shower and celebratory glass of bubbles on the beach!

Theme Nights
At Spread Some Sunshine we know how to throw a good party! From Bollywood nights to 1950’s diner parties we have had some corkers! Let us know if you would like to arrange a themed event on our behalf. Details of upcoming events will appear on our news blog.
